In Star Wars: Episode I, The Phantom Menace, the Jedi Knights face a host of problems, but none is more disturbing than the apparent return of the Sith--mysterious masters of the dark side of the Force thought to have been extinct for a millennium. It's soon clear that the Sith have indeed returned in the form of the shadowy Darth Sidious and his deadly apprentice and physical emissary, Darth Maul. The collectible action figure debut of this master of evil is articulated and darkly detailed with hood and flowing robes. The included CommTech voice chip enables Sidious to say "Wipe them out. All of them," and three other threatening phrases, and to interact with the figures of Darth Maul, Nute Gunray, and Rune Haako. (CommTech reader available separately.)
