The Hot Wheels Rennen Rig is a 1:64 scale die-cast replica of a slightly futuristic European racing rig designed by Ryu Asada. It made its official debut in the 2011 New Models series.
The 2011 introductory release was featured as Collector Number 019/244 (and designated as number 19 out of the 50 "New Models" for that year). It features a plastic body resting on a sturdy metal base with a chrome interior, manufactured primarily in Malaysia.
Red Variant: Features orange windows, a powder-coat gray metal base, orange-chrome 5-spoke wheels (SP5OR), and a racing design template featuring the number "26" on the side paneling.
